T&M Maintenance and Inspection

This is our basic program that address that includes 4 yearly inspections, Two - Quarterly, One - Semi-annual, One - Annual.  The client is responsible for spare parts and consumables that will be maintained in bonded storage and replenished as needed as well as labor, parts, meals and lodging expenses.  PureEnergy will provide a recommended list.  Labor rates will be in accordance with PureEnergy's standard rates prevailing at that time. Meals, lodging and travel expenses will be billed at cost.

Comprehensive 100% guaranteed coverage for all maintenance and catastrophic failure

This option is a comprehensive package encompassing all maintenance labor and factory scheduled repairs or replacement for all materials and parts, including catastrophic failure not due to misuse or misapplication of the systems.  Pricing for this option is dependent on the system or systems final design and acceptance by the manufacturer, insurance company, and PureEnergy's current rates.

Unscheduled maintenance is covered under this warranty at no extra cost provided the damage is attributable to PureEnergy's negligence.  Extra charges apply when the damage or casualty is not caused by PureEnergy. (refer to service agreement contract) Worn-out parts required to be replaced as results of inspections are covered.  An fully factory overhauled engine will be provided when required at no additional cost to the client.

Turbines:

Under an additional option, at a predetermined number of run hours, the Power Section and Gearbox is replaced with a Trade-in engine at no additional cost.
