Working with the client we create a Strategic Energy Plan that can tap into funds from other sources targeted for energy upgrades and deferred maintenance problems that will preserve your existing capital budget.

Our finance team is dedicated to servicing and funding all aspects of the energy project, from small ticket equipment financing to large project finance or Build Own Operate scenarios.  We understand the need to provide total “turnkey” project support, and offer attractive financing as a part of the clients proposal.

We offer finance options for both commercial and governmental clients from basic leasing to structured complex financing, is available for clients.  Terms can be structured and customized to fit a wide variety of applications.

We know Energy Performance Contracting. We will identify and analyze energy saving opportunities and then recommend and implement a package of energy savings improvements that would be paid through savings. We provide end-to-end solutions, including development, design, construction, operations, and maintenance.
